The place was clean, well‑located, and the staff were very welcoming. Nothing to add.

It felt very luxurious for a low price and was within walking distance of Namba station and Dotonburi. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I haven’t slept this well in ages, and that wasn’t just due to jet lag.

Very nice hotel. Really good sized rooms. Located a 10-15min stroll to central areas. Beds were super comfortable. Has water station and microwave facilities in the lobby. Definitely recommend. This is the only negative if you want to wash clothes. Laundry facilities were lacking for the size of the hotel. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers and there were guests lining up to use

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The front‑desk staff, especially the night team, were not attentive, didn’t greet you, and were not friendly.
