The staff were extremely attentive whenever I could get their attention. The room was disgusting, covered in hair on the floor when I entered, and had a strange odor that wouldn’t go away no matter how many sprays I used. On top of that, I paid for a queen but ended up with a full bed.

Not much. Paid for 6 night stay (with dog). No hot water for first 2 days. Told manager about it each day. She got irate, called police, had my son kicked out. No refund on unused portion

Nothing. The place looked very run‑down and in poor condition, making me uncomfortable using the bedding or even washing there because of the state of the facilities.
