The location is super convenient, right in the city center near restaurants and shops, yet my stay at Hotel Rosa Vilma was disappointing: the room was tiny, had a low‑quality single bed that didn’t provide the comfort expected for the price, breakfast was weak and thin—only melon fruit, no scrambled eggs and the eggs were dry at 7:30 am, and the cheese bread was hard. There’s also no on‑site invoice printing; they only send it via WhatsApp or email, which is a hassle for corporate expense reporting and shows little regard for client needs. The staff was cold and unwelcoming. Other hotels in the same price range in the city offer far superior quality, facilities, and service. I don’t recommend it.
