“Ohne den Trubel der Stadt zur Ruhe kommen”
The apartment is lovingly decorated and perfect for a small family. Walking to Orvieto is a bit far, but driving is fine because there are good parking spots right at the city’s edge.

We booked a room with two separate beds, but were told that the room only had a double bed, so we had to pay an extra €10 to get a single bed instead.

The room for one night was fine, no issues.

Great location, clean, and welcoming staff. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine 🤣

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, the air‑conditioning worked, and the owner was available and polite (even though we only spoke on the phone). However, even though the B&B was empty, I was assigned a renovated attic whose ceiling height was below any regulation. I’m 1.70 m tall and only the middle part of the ceiling cleared me; the bathroom had no sink or shower tray, the drain was on the floor, and there was just a shower column. There were no windows, only a skylight. The quality‑price ratio was terrible—I should have paid half for a place like that.
