I can’t recommend this spot enough for a Rome visit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Host Camilla was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. The location is very central, with a metro stop nearby, so getting around is easy.

A dreamy stay in Rome – highly recommended! As two students, we had a wonderful time at Casa Delle Tartarughe. For our budget it was a real win and a great bargain. The room was very tidy, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. From the first minute we felt completely at ease. There was no breakfast, but the coffee machine right in the room was super handy for starting the day. The location is top! The metro and bus connections are just a few minutes’ walk away. Many sights, like the Colosseum, were even reachable on foot. The highlight was definitely the owner Camilla! She’s incredibly warm, open, and helpful. We were warmly received and she was always reachable. She even came by to say goodbye and “Ciao” personally. When we couldn’t make it to the post office in time, she took care of sending our postcards for us – what a fantastic service! Thank you, dear Camilla, for your hospitality. We’ll gladly return and can only recommend the place to everyone.

The room was very comfortable, fully equipped, and in a strategic spot for moving around different tourist areas with ease. Camilla was very friendly and attentive from reception until the day we left.

We’re very happy we chose Camilla’s hotel in Rome! Nice big clean rooms with all the amenities! The hostess is incredibly hospitable and wonderful: thanks to her advice, we tried the local cuisine in nearby restaurants and were delighted! Friends, come to this hotel and we’ll come back too!
