“A comfortable stay in a great location.”
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were lovely throughout our stay. The restaurant team did a wonderful job helping us celebrate our daughter’s birthday and made the evening feel really special. The location is excellent, right on the beach and directly on Tulum’s main hotel strip, so it’s easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other spots nearby. The pool was a sad, dirty little plunge pool/bar situation. Admittedly, I should have done more research before booking. To be fair, the ocean is probably the much better option for swimming when there isn’t a seasonal seaweed bloom. Everything is extra. The included breakfast was actually very good, but the portions were markedly smaller than the à la carte versions of the same dishes. Why? It just felt unnecessarily stingy, especially at this price point.
