“Sehr Schöner Wochenendausflug nach Dresden und die Sächsische Schweiz inklusive Besuch der Semperope”

We spent one night in Sebnitz because we had to move there from Dresden due to big events and couldn't find a place in the city. The Saxon Switzerland sights are in a great spot, but getting to Dresden is a decent drive. The breakfast could use improvement; the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, probably because many guests arrived at the same time and the flow was slow. We took it in stride with a sense of humor. The value for money was acceptable. We were more focused on Dresden than on the Saxon Switzerland, but overall everything was fine. The breakfast was below average. The drive to Dresden was long. The hotel has no elevator, so it’s not ideal for older guests who have to climb many stairs.

Nice beds, good parking, and the place was tidy. The staff in the breakfast area were unpleasant, sour and angry. The Wi‑Fi was terrible and kept dropping.

Great kettle and the fridge worked well and kept things cold, which isn’t common. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly. The breakfast could have offered more variety, but for the price it was okay.

Our family had three rooms, i.e. three separate apartments. We were very satisfied with the stay. Thanks to the lovely and helpful staff.
