We stayed for three nights in October. The house is close to La Valletta, in a quiet residential area, except for a slightly noisy bar on the street during weekends, nothing serious. It’s a two‑bedroom apartment, one single and one double (so you share with a third person), plus a bathroom and a living‑kitchen. Note: the apartment is on the second floor (ground floor is open, first floor is the owner’s apartment), so you have to climb a fair number of stairs. The owner was very kind, we changed the check‑in time a couple of times, she explained all the rules at the start and was available for more info. Towels, a hair dryer, a spacious fridge, and a precious Moka pot are provided. About 200 m away are two mini‑markets for groceries. Advice: the house sits on a hill; for public transport take bus line 32 and get off at Puglisevich stop, then it’s just a few meters to the ground floor, otherwise you’ll have to climb a lot. I’m not commenting on the temperature since it’s not hot or cold in October.
The bed pillows are fairly flat and stiff, not terrible but might bother some (extra pillows are in the wardrobes). The bedroom and bathroom doors close a bit with effort. The ground‑floor entrance lock is awkward and takes a moment to open (you have to turn the key into the lock, not outside as usual).
