“Non va”

The location is good, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. However, the place feels poorly maintained, especially the outdoor areas, and the room furnishings are extremely basic. There are no extra services, the parking is tiny for the number of rooms (probably no more than 4 cars), the photos and videos on the site are misleading, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is insufficient.

“A Happy Place”

Michele and Vida were incredibly friendly, helpful, and excellent hosts. We adored staying with them. The property offers secure parking, a lovely bay view, and is only a short walk from the beach and Tropea’s old town. Michele shared many top sightseeing and dining tips. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for good value. We spent six nights and enjoyed every moment. By the time we left, Michele felt more like a friend than just a host. When we return to Tropea, we’ll stay here again if we can. 10/10.
