“sehr schön”
We were very pleased with the selection, quality, and presentation of the breakfast buffet. The hotel’s location right on the old town is excellent. We had a very nice room in a beautiful old building, lovingly furnished and decorated.
The spot was top, a reserved parking spot let the car stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good, fresh and extensive. Heidelberg is truly a beautiful city. Initially we had a small room, but we got a larger one without extra cost. Good service, a friendly young woman at reception. We slept on the road side (busy road) and it was scorching, but the mobile air‑conditioners barely cooled, so we had to keep the window open, letting the hose go outside. The hotel can’t control the weather, but the room temperature was really hard to manage and the open window let in a lot of traffic noise, so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep.

Great location, a nice room, very friendly staff! We could only leave our bags at the hotel until 3 pm on departure day, which was inconvenient because I hadn’t expected that and we had to walk four hours with luggage through Heidelberg.

The location is great, a very friendly lady at reception, a quiet room overlooking the courtyard, clean, a lovely roof terrace for everyone, and an elevator. The parking situation is poorly arranged; our car was parked at night, so we couldn’t drive to the booked restaurant (thanks to the Dutch Kia driver). Only the phone pizza delivery worked.

Breakfast was excellent, the cook was very nice, and the owner is very accommodating! The street is a bit noisy; I suggest rooms on the other side.
