How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room’s gear feels brand new and super comfy, and they’re really dog‑friendly—my pup even got a little gift bag 🎁, which was thoughtful. The moment I opened the door, the ozone machine’s scent was pretty noticeable, probably to mask the drainage odor. The elevator’s been redecorated, but the core still feels a bit dated, and the view outside the window looks a little scary 😅.

Everything was great—new, spotless, and they even had a big bathtub! No complaints.

The lobby area could use a walkway for pushing luggage or strollers; it would make it easier for guests with dogs or heavy bags.

They’re all about the money: the night before, I called the night‑shift staff multiple times to change my check‑in time, and they promised to reply during the day, but in the end they stuck to the system rule: “no stay, still pay.” Why bother pretending to help the night before?
