The hotel sits right on the Square, giving a quiet vibe while still being comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms have internal windows, which I think is the only practical way to have a window in the room.

The hotel’s location is convenient, with many sights and restaurants within easy reach, and there’s a gated parking space on the main road, which is a real plus for motorists. However, the room was very cold; although they eventually gave us a heater, a stronger central heating would be better. The whole property feels dated, sparsely furnished and not cosy, so I didn’t want to stay in the room longer than necessary. The bathroom window wouldn’t close fully, there was barely any space to open a suitcase, no hair‑dryer, no towel rack, and the TV, while present, received no channels. The room only had an interior window, offering little daylight or view. The night guard was noisy late into the evening, and a TV, music and mobile videos could be heard clearly up to the third floor, disturbing sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress overly soft and the frame creaked with every movement.

The spot on the square is perfect. The first person who greeted us was very cold, but later we met another lady who was very kind and helped us with the taxi.

The hotel is excellent in the heart of Pisac. Its location is unbeatable, right on the Plaza de Armas, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the craft market. Even though it’s in such a central area, the interior is extremely quiet; once inside you hear absolutely nothing from outside, making it ideal for rest. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and diligent. Undoubtedly a great choice for staying in Pisac. I have no complaints.
