location is handy. the rooms were not clean and the beds were not comfortable . There was a very bad smell in the room that smelt like damp carpets and pee and the bathroom and toilet were not clean

Location best of all. Price reasonable. Room large, neat and clean. Given the old/aged motel, probably the best I could get of the room I paid for. I liked the price as reasonable so paid for what I got. Given all that, I accepted and appreciated my stay ok

The location was nice, with the beach and gardens on the other side of the road. The bed light didn’t work, and when I pulled the bed down I found two large cockroaches inside. The bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. I called the after‑hours number to reach the manager, but no one answered. We booked a premium room, but on arrival we were told it wasn’t available and were handed a Budget room instead. I still haven’t received a refund for the price difference.

The place offers the best value for its spot right across from the beach, and the abundance of cafés and restaurants nearby is a real plus. The room itself felt tired and worn, with patched‑up damages and other repairs that were just adequate; it was clearly old.
