The location, view, cleanliness, and quietness (we were the only guests in the whole property) were great, and the kitchen equipment was solid. The only issue might be that the kitchen heating plate should be replaced; otherwise everything was fine and very clean.

Everything was fine. Nothing to add.

I was relieved and grateful to find an available place in northern La Palma on a truly demanding section of the GR 130 from Barlovento to El Tablado. The view from the dining area is incredible, overlooking the coast and looking far across the sea to the horizon. The facilities are simple, more like a youth hostel style, but everything a tired hiker would appreciate was there: warm showers, a small kitchen, and especially a clean bed. I was the only guest, so it was very quiet and perfect for a restful night.

The hygiene and location are fantastic for those doing the GR 130. Clean sheets and a hot shower are a pleasure. The downside is that the GR 130 is currently closed due to rockfalls between El Tablado and Don Pedro, forcing a partial interruption of the route.
