The staff were friendly. The only issue was climbing many stairs with luggage.

The place was quiet, well located, the attendant was polite, and everything was clean. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.

I liked the reception, the air conditioning, the mattress firmness, and the breakfast. The bathroom had no floor and even lacked basic soap, which was an emergency for me but they fixed it; after 23:00 there was noise, but I used earplugs so it was fine, and the air conditioning was essential due to poor ventilation.

The breakfast was good, the location was great, the room was comfortable, the staff were attentive, and the reception area was nice. The only downside was having to switch parking spots because there was no space, and the glass door in the bathroom let you see who was inside.
