As usual it was top: the staff, location, breakfast, and equipment—all fine; the only negative point, unrelated to the hotel, was that Zermatt is a huge construction site right now and many restaurants are closed in October.

Every part of the hotel was excellent; I would stay here again and again—room, service, food were exceptional, and the Matterhorn view from our balcony was amazing and unforgettable.

The staff is greatly helpful during the stay - they decorated the room for my secret proposal trip which's greatly appreciated, breakfast was amazing as well. Hotel facilities are great - we really enjoyed the spa and sauna. We will 100% come back. None
