L’accoglienza della signora Simona, la pulizia della camera e la modernità degli interni

Simona’s warm welcome and all her helpful tips made us feel right at home and relaxed immediately; the property itself is truly beautiful, spotless, and close to many attractions that are walkable, making it a spot you’d want to return to for more than one night. Thanks for everything!

The facility was well maintained, and the outdoor kitchen solutions were excellent.

The communication with the owner was great – she was very kind, helpful, and eager to assist. She recommended places to visit, what to see, and anything missing, all right away. Whatever we didn’t like, she compensated with her attitude. We appreciated the very early check‑in, which is rare. Parking was hassle‑free, and the location is a short walk to Grosseto and the sea. A local shop with excellent wine is close to the accommodation. The apartment is a bit small for six people; for four it would be perfectly adequate. The bathroom and bedroom were very nice. The fenced yard allowed for outdoor grilling, which I used. However, the cleanliness was a bit worse, everything was a bit messy, so we had to wash and clean it first, then it was fine. Even outside we had to clean the grill – it was in terrible condition. The outdoor coffee machine also needed cleaning. I’m not sure how it’s handled otherwise, but the apartments are right next to each other and share an outdoor kitchen, so privacy is practically nonexistent, but we were lucky to have nice people who didn’t mind the dog and were mutually friendly; sometimes it can be an issue.
