The staff were helpful, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly behavior of the staff, particularly the cashier, who was very helpful and courteous. It was a nice change from the usual experience I've had at other hotels, and I appreciated the effort they made to make me feel welcome.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was let down by the exorbitant prices of the food. It was far too expensive for my budget, and I ended up having to look elsewhere for meals. It was a shame, as the hotel itself had a lot of potential, but the high prices made it difficult to enjoy my stay.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable, and they refused to honor a discount I had been offered. They even went so far as to deny me a room and keep my pre-paid payment of ₹870, which I had made as per their request. The lack of concern for safety and reputation was appalling, and I was shocked by the rudeness I encountered.
