The smell of a strong medicine they sprayed was overwhelming; we kept coughing, left immediately, and never got our money back or another room. The behaviour was unacceptable—the worst experience ever. We lost our money for a room we never even stayed in and couldn’t even get in.

Overall the property is acceptable, but the room needs a review. I’ve been asking for the invoice for almost a month and still haven’t heard back.

The stay was overall very positive. I was initially hesitant about the location because it’s not exactly downtown Naples, but it turned out to be convenient, about 10 minutes from the city centre. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host, who was very kind and helpful, guiding us through check‑in and explaining all the room and service details. He also gave us a remote for entry and exit and a code for the room, making everything practical and secure. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi that made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The on‑site parking was also very convenient. The host mentioned that the property is under renovation to become even more modern, which suggests further improvement in the future. All in all, I recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and attentive hospitality while staying close to the centre.

Arriving late after a six‑hour drive, we were a bit exhausted and the GPS kept telling us we were in front of the hotel when we weren’t. Calling the owner, he was very helpful and guided us straight to the entrance. The only thing I’d add is a clearer sign – we just didn’t see it.
