The staff were friendly and helpful, which was enough. The pillows were fine, but the mattress was nowhere near as comfortable as advertised.

The hotel is stunning, with a lovely atrium, covered dining area, and a location right on the Bosphorus shore opposite the ferry pier. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were professional and quick to provide an iron when asked. The room itself felt tiny for what we paid, leaving barely any space for two people. The air‑con didn’t cool well and the room got very hot, plus there were no tea‑making facilities.

The building is beautiful on the seafront, but the room is too small for the price, lacking tea or coffee and even hooks.

Great job to the entire Fuat team. All spaces were spotless, and the breakfast was wonderful.

The vibe was very pleasant, and I loved the background music in the common areas—it was very relaxing. The room had a cigarette smell, probably leaking in from an open window.
