The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. It was tiny, and I struggled to move around. The staff were friendly, but it was hard to enjoy my stay in such a cramped space.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was ridiculously small with no ventilation, and the way the waiter brought my food was completely unprofessional. The food quality was also terrible, and to make matters worse, they lied about having a kitchen on site - they just sent someone out to buy food from a street vendor and charged me double.

I was blown away by the hotel's service - the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. However, there were a few issues with the room, like no water bottle provided, a bathroom door that didn't lock, and dirty bed sheets. It was also disappointing that they didn't offer any complimentary extras like other hotels do.

The staff at the hotel were completely unhelpful and seemed to be struggling to cope with the workload. It was clear that they weren't very practical or organized, which made my stay a bit of a nightmare.
