“We will be back (maybe)”

We were 11 people who stayed for two nights when it was fully booked inside the Kruger Park. Here we stayed for half the price in an environment that beats most. Nice rooms, well-cleaned rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The staff was fantastic. The driveway is a bit rutted after rain, can be difficult to get there with a low sports car. The only thing that was a shame was that we didn't take advantage of the opportunity to stay in the house during the day and enjoy the accommodation as we were in KNP all day. Nothing that I can think of

“Sehr schöne Anlage - im August sehr kühl.”

The location and view are unique, and it’s very suitable for a larger group. We experienced power outages several times in the evenings and nights, and in the winter months (we were there in early August) the rooms were very cool. The supplied electric heaters overtaxed the electrical system and required European adapters.

“Wat een huis!”

What a beautiful, huge house on a plantation with stunning views of the mountains and valley. The rooms are lovely with their own amenities and open onto a balcony where the sun sets. There’s a nice pool in the living room, various comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas, and a treasure of a host. All facilities are present, including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and dishwasher. After booking it became clear that a deposit must be paid. The house information clearly states the costs if something breaks and that check‑out is strictly at 10 am, with the host arriving earlier for inspection and deposit return. The pool is not heated. A large portion of the light is very cold instead of a warm, atmospheric color.

“Perfect stay!”

What an amazing experience – I’ve never stayed in such a massive house before! Thelma was exceptionally kind and kept everything immaculately clean, and there was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.
