I like that it’s so close to the mall, but the curfew monitors were a problem because people made noise in the hallway all night, and I didn’t get much sleep because they were very loud.

The staff were nice, I felt safe, and the security guard was always present so I felt my car was also safe; I appreciated that booking in was quick. The room had a musty smell, probably from the carpet, and it needs to be upgraded along with the sink area; the aircon is old and quiet, the TV isn’t a smart TV so you basically don’t use it; I would not mind paying more for better amenities.

The price was affordable, but the bathroom facilities felt outdated and the toiletries and personal intimate garments were discarded before we checked out.
