It’s a castle! It’s Venice in full splendor. You can reach the hotel by water taxi. The bar is wonderful. The room is a work of art. Highly recommend to truly feel Venice. The room size is a huge hall. We were upgraded to a larger room.

I was upgraded to a suite and the breakfast and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The old palace has a beautiful historic interior, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom wasn’t ideal—only a bathtub without grab bars—and room service arrived late in the afternoon.
