I liked the room being clean and the location close to the station, but I had never stayed in a business hotel before, so I assumed breakfast was included. When I went to eat, I couldn’t because I didn’t have a reservation ticket, and the front desk told me I couldn’t eat. They later gave me a ticket saying it would be fine later, but I wish they had asked at check‑in whether breakfast was included.

The check‑in was a bit late, but because I had a small child they told me to book a smoking room, and the hotel kindly switched me to a non‑smoking room. The parking nearby was full, so the child cried while we found a spot at a nearby parking lot. I really appreciated the hotel’s consideration. However, the bathroom had a damp smell that I wish it didn’t.

Everything was clean, nothing was missing, and the location right in front of the station was ideal; I have no complaints.

The room my companion shared (two single beds) reeked of smoke, forcing us to run the air purifier nonstop until checkout; they really need to ventilate thoroughly before guests arrive.
