Kind stuff members. Dirty floors, tiny and cold rooms, old beds, no sound proofing, cracky floors, dusty surfaces. The bathroom was moldy and we didn't even attempt to take a shower, it was disgusting. The highlight in the bathroom was the "fan" that was absolutely disgusting, destroyed a d full of dust, I feel disgust even to upload the image but others need to know before they decide to stay there, which I absolutely don't recommend to anyone. And it was nit even affordable. We booked a private room in a much bigger city nearby with excellent amenities. The flooring was all dirty, like someone mopped without dust cleaning first, so there were stuck dust particles everywhere in the room, we were so uncomfortable even to walk in there. The room was freezing cold that we had to wear 2 layers of clothing and pray to not get sick in the night. The excuse was that they couldn't turn the heating on due to the city rules. So we had to freeze. During the whole stay we could hear any noises from what was happening around us, in the corridor and other rooms. In the middle of the night people cane back and made terrible noise when opening their room so we woke up terrified. Terrible experience, I would never go back, I wish I could delete this experience from my mind

“Dobré ubytování blízko centra.”

The staff were friendly and the place stayed clean; breakfast was solid and coffee and water were available 24/7. However, the floors creaked loudly and the bed was uncomfortable and noisy.
