The location is great, within walking distance of everything in the old town Cottonwood, and the room was clean and comfortable, though there weren't many amenities. I didn't find anything to dislike; it's just a straightforward clean room in a good spot for wandering.

Conveniently located, the room was super cute and the shower was to die for. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, so it might be time for an upgrade.
