The location at the seaport is great, walking distance to several spots in the city and close to South‑Station. Communication from the staff could be improved, especially when you’re an IHG member. When we wanted to extend, it was complicated.

Everything was there; it's swanky and pricey but you get what you pay for, though don't touch the minibar. I wished the fridge had more space for our food and a small kitchenette, especially with a farmer's market nearby where I wanted to cook.
