The onsen provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that I really enjoyed, and many staff members greeted us with smiles whenever we passed, which was especially kind for the children. However, people who dislike insects might notice a lot of bugs around the entrance; the management did take solid measures to address it.

The onsen was spotless and well maintained, and I really enjoyed it. The room felt outdated and could use a facelift. Breakfast and the buffet offered a wide variety of options and were great.

The building is old but has been cleaned up nicely. The dining area gets very crowded.

Booking review (English version): I really liked the location, as it is pleasantly away from the crowds and offers joyfill and relaxing stay. The hotel is just the right size – not too big, yet providing all the necessary comfort. The onsen was truly impressive and a highlight of the stay, especially as it is open almost 24 hours a day, allowing for complete relaxation at any time. The food was very tasty and of high quality. The only minor drawback was that the rooms could have been slightly larger. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would gladly recommend. The rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but everything was clean and comfortable
