“It was a brief day, but good. I met all my needs.”
The TV remote was hard to use, the printing was tiny and difficult to read, and I could never find a program guide.

The room was spacious, spotless, and the staff welcomed me warmly. I couldn’t find anything to complain about, especially considering the price.

The location is great, just near the 101. The hotel, built in the 60s, has been renovated but still lacks soundproofing, has narrow corridors, and tiny bathrooms. Opening the window shows a wall only 50 cm away, and when the AC turns on upstairs the noise carries through.

There’s plenty of parking, but the bed and pillows were awful—springs were obvious and I woke up several times. The room smelled old and dusty, the bathroom light was dim, the shower water jumped from freezing cold to scorching hot, and the counter lights flickered. I won’t stay here again; I can’t see how it gets such high ratings.
