The staff were very helpful and kind, especially the front desk supervisor Ahmad who did his best to make our stay pleasant. The only downside was the dinner, which needed a bit more attention.

The spot is perfect for exploring Petra, right at the entrance of the site—great for arriving early and resting quickly after 10 hours of touring. The staff are extremely attentive at both the reception and the restaurants. They noticed I was worried about a problem with my rental car’s tire (without me mentioning it) and directed me to a mechanic who fixed it in 5 minutes.

The location is ideal, right at the Visitor Center and the entrance to Petra, there’s nothing better. Many shops, restaurants, ATMs and a currency exchange are just a few minutes away. The terrace‑style rooms on multiple levels have seating in front of the door and, depending on the location, offer a nice view of the surroundings. The breakfast is acceptable.

The hotel’s closeness to the entrance was a big plus; we were upgraded and the rooms were truly comfortable, and as a family we really enjoyed the balcony.

The hotel manager was amazing and made me feel very comfortable, and breakfast was great, but the location and cleanliness left something to be desired, and breakfast only started at 6 am; I loved the king room with its huge balcony.
