I’m writing to request a refund for reservation 5009206313, which was booked for 18‑21 April and paid via PIX. When we arrived in Chapada dos Veadeiros and tried to confirm the booking using the contact number +5524998296845, we were told it was a scam, with old photos and no real connection to the property, costing us R$ 600.00 because we had to find another place to stay. I was really looking forward to staying here, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The good thing is that what they showed me was genuine, no fake promises. However, the place itself was really bad.

I gotta say, my experience was super disappointing - basically everything was a letdown. I paid for two rooms, but there weren't any available, so we ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. They promised two rooms and breakfast, but neither was available. The road to get there was also really bad and it even damaged my car with all the rocks on the way.
