The staff were very helpful, but the TV didn't show all the channels, especially Supersport during this Rugby Great Rivalry.

“The staff were lovely but wouldn’t stay there again really not worth the money”

The location and the staff were lovely, yet the building was old and quite dirty, the carpets were terrible, and the air‑conditioning units sounded like they could collapse at any moment.
