The staff were genuinely kind and fixed a reservation mistake quickly, finding a solution for me. The hotel sits in a perfect lakeside spot, close to Disneyland and many other attractions. The rooms were clean, had hot water and nice bathrooms. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect 🙂

Breakfast was very good and offered good value. The staff were very friendly and supportive, helping with any questions. The room had a mountain view.
