The staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of variety and a nice setup. Nothing in particular stood out as negative, though the shower in the bathroom could use a modern touch.

“Dezamăgitor! Nu am primit camera pentru care am plătit.”

I booked and paid for a triple room, but when I arrived the staff told me it was occupied and offered me a double instead, which is much smaller. Instead of the expandable sofa that should have been in the triple, there was just a single armchair that couldn’t be extended and was impossible to sleep on. I was traveling with two kids, so the triple was essential. As a remedy, the hotel gave us free minibar drinks: two bottles of water and a juice. That compensation feels totally inadequate, considering I paid for a specific room type and received something else without the promised accommodation conditions. When a hotel can’t provide the booked room, it should find a real solution or refund the rate difference, not try to fix it with a few minibar drinks. A disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of professionalism in handling the situation.

Beautiful hotel and great staff service. The breakfast was also good. The only thing I'd suggest, is to kinda update the rooms a little bit because it's a little outdated. The lobby, dining room etc are all beautiful. The staffs are incredibly helpful! Great location as well!
