The room was old and uncomfortable. The shower sink had a leak, and cockroaches were visible.

“Could provide more ambities”

The staff was okay, but what really stood out was the friendly Filipinos working there. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had some major drawbacks - no fridge or ice cubes, and the hot water was only available at reception, which is pretty inconvenient.

I was really looking forward to visiting the nearby water area and bars, but unfortunately, our stay was cut short. I paid online and sent an email asking for a refund since I was only there for medical reasons, but said I wasn't eligible. We still checked in, but there was no wheelchair available, and they offered us a triple room on the 4th floor, which was a problem since we had an 87-year-old with us.

“Badbadbadbadbad”

I'm not sure what's more unsettling - the sheer number of cockroaches or the sketchy alleyway outside. The bed was a major letdown, and I'm starting to wonder if it's even been washed. The whole experience was a real downer, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
