I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's instant check-in and check-out process, as well as the cleanliness of my room and the spacious parking area. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, I did notice that the kitchen stove could use some repairs, but overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

“Bandung trip”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no fan or air conditioning in the room, and the presence of many mosquitoes at night made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the morning karaoke started at 7 am, which was extremely loud and disrupted my rest.

I was touched by the kindness of the people at this hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, I was shocked to find that the bed sheets were extremely dirty, which was a major letdown. Despite this, the hospitality and culinary offerings made up for it, and I would consider staying here again.
