“Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.”
The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and everything was clean. The view was also great and the small gym was very convenient. The mountain location is already very challenging if you want to do everything on foot. You should budget a taxi back from the city. Also, the whole house is extremely loud and the fridge is very noisy. You should be able to sleep with earplugs.

“Very disappointing stay — the room did not match our booking, and the owner’s attitude and comments”
The room was tidy and well organized, but the experience was very disappointing. We had booked a room advertised with a terrace and jacuzzi, and we even reserved one night in advance to arrange an early check‑in. Instead, the owner handed us a room under the stairs and told us the photos of the terrace and jacuzzi were just “pictures.” He was rude and unwelcoming throughout our stay. On departure day, he demanded we leave at 10:00 AM even though we had paid for the night beforehand to allow an early arrival. He also made an inappropriate, discriminatory comment about Muslims in Bosnia working as taxi drivers. The room we received did not match what we had booked or what was advertised, and the treatment made it even worse. I strongly recommend confirming the exact room and its advertised facilities directly with the property before booking.

The balcony and view were great! Great location too (apart from the scary drive there). Cute cats outside. The hot water ran out really quickly, which is a bit troublesome for a group of 3, but it did reheat decently fast.
