The staff were courteous and understood the clients, but the location isn’t very friendly; you can’t stroll around in the evening.

The only upside was its proximity to the IIM campus, yet the staff were poor—someone handed my contact info to a stranger who followed me and called later, so I felt unsafe.

“No windows here, the mould smell in the room made me sick”

The staff were very professional and supportive, but the rooms had no windows, an unacceptable mould smell that made me sick even after a room change, and the price didn’t justify the experience.
