Everything was great, except I left my drink bottle there on 1st night. When I came back later that day. It was gone from the room. Now, there can be only 1 reason how it vanished. But unfortunately the staff in this instance were terrible to deal with, unhelpful, didn't care or want to know. It's only a $20 drink bottle. But, having a trustworthy hotel is important. We regularly use hotels around NT, for our travelling staff and customers to recommend. the jury is out in this case. Suspicious staff

There were bugs crawling around, unsure if they were bed bugs or ants; the bed was old and uncomfortable. It’s an old hotel, so you get what you pay for, but the location is great. Bugs also got into my suitcase.

The hotel sits right in the town center, just a short walk from the beach and eateries, and the staff were polite whenever I asked for help. However, I could hear my neighbors clearly, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the room itself carried a stale, humid odor.

This place is in a great spot, close to everything you need. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, but the TV was a bit of a letdown - it just wouldn't work properly.
