However, the air‑conditioner was noisy and made it hard to hear the TV, and there was no fan speed control or timer, so I struggled to stay comfortable. The free‑drink service was great, but the clear glasses had rounded bottoms that splashed when I poured, leaving my hands dirty. Although the lost‑item handling was swift once they found my thing, they could have saved me a shipping fee by contacting me as soon as it was located. I only heard from them after I realized the item was missing that evening and reached out myself, even though the item had my name engraved and should have been noticed when cleaning began.
