The owners are very friendly, the location is super quiet, the cleanliness is impeccable, it has everything you need, even a superb sauna! We truly hope to return for more hikes in the area and come back to Popasul Găleșean!

We highly recommend Popasul Găleșean! First, the owners are extraordinary people. Grandma welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and was a great help. The location is wonderful, especially in summer; mornings and evenings are cool with clean air because it’s between hills, far from the city. That’s why we chose this spot, about 30 minutes from Curtea de Arges, to be close to nature yet still near Transfăgărășan. The courtyard had a trampoline and a pool, but it was too cold to use the pool, though our son jumped on the trampoline and played nicely with the owners’ daughter both morning and evening. We stayed in the only room, which had a double bed and a separate child bed. We liked the new mattresses and rested extraordinarily well. Cleanliness was a 10—nothing to reproach, and we had everything we needed. The car parked safely in the courtyard. If you like exploring, this place is a few minutes by car from Manastirea Corbii de Piatră, Casuța Albastră with Casacada and URIAS, a wonderful spot for forest and hill hikes, and there’s access to Transfăgărășan and Bradetu. Thank you for the wonderful welcome! We’ll come back when we’re looking for a bit of peace and relaxation. We felt wonderful! We liked everything.

Two friends and I went on a photo trip to rural Romania, and we stayed at this pension. The place is amazing, green and beautiful. The hosts, who came all the way from Giderman, made us feel like family and helped us connect with the locals. The breakfast and dinner, paid extra, were homemade by the host and we really enjoyed them. I highly recommend staying here. No complaints.
