We stayed two nights in July 2026 and overall we were fine, but we feel compelled to give some suggestions that could really enhance this property. First impressions matter: upon arrival you walk down an entrance avenue, and on the left is the area with the horses, which unfortunately is quite neglected and doesn't do the property justice. It's a real shame, because a little more order and maintenance would instantly give a completely different vibe. The house has great potential; it once seemed like a lovely country house. The first floor houses the rooms, while the top floor has a large lounge and kitchen with terraces offering a beautiful panoramic view of Favara. The outdoor stone kitchen is also pretty, but it needs to be restored and highlighted, as it could become one of the property's strengths. Our room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. We also appreciated the small fridge. We think adding a few support points and hooks in the bathroom for towels and personal items would improve comfort. In conclusion, we were okay and believe this property has excellent potential. With a bit more care, maintenance, and attention to detail, it could offer a truly excellent experience.
