The rooms were poorly managed, toiletries never arrived even after repeated requests, and the food was served badly; the remote location only added to the frustration.

The restaurant service was a highlight, but it would've been even better if they could've sped things up a bit. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the dining hall wasn't working, which made for a pretty sweltering meal.
