Nothing was liked. There was mold, mildew, and bedbugs; after the trip I had to treat all my items. It was a ruined lodging and I do not recommend it.

The location is fantastic, quiet even though it's right next to the pedestrian street; I loved having a balcony and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was mold in some parts of the bathroom for 3mn, but it didn't bother me much.

The hotel sits in a prime spot right next to restaurants, cafés, bars, metro stops, and the ferry. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, even assisting a friend who wasn’t staying there with a Turkish call. The bed was comfortable and the shower delivered a warm, powerful stream. However, the building feels old: a bedside table that should have been wall‑mounted was missing, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom, and a hole in the ceiling. I also struggled to close the window and flush the toilet, but the staff fixed both issues right away. The noise level is high because of nearby restaurants and bars, yet earplugs let me sleep well.

The location was good and the staff were extremely helpful. The property needs some upkeep: the bathroom was moldy, one of the shower doors was missing, the toilet seat was broken, and the outdoor air‑con unit was very rusty.

The hotel is on Istanbul’s Asian side, where tourism is lower, the vibe feels authentic, and prices are cheaper. It’s close to the ferries that take you to the European side and all its sights. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The bathroom sink had a bad odor, but turning on the fan cleared it after a few minutes.
