Everything was clean, quiet, the breakfast decent, check‑in easy, and the staff friendly.

The owner kept us updated right away that breakfast would be omitted and stayed in touch; we got two breakfasts deducted from the bill. The front‑desk lady was polite and helpful, and parking was free in the courtyard. However, we still had to waste time shopping and arranging breakfast, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the bed frame and window were dirty after opening, the lamp was filthy, the TV was tiny—about the size of a tablet—, the shower cabin was fairly clean but could have been 10 cm larger (there’s space), so you can’t bend over comfortably, the price seemed too high for such a room, and the area was not appealing, so I didn’t take any photos.

We stayed halfway between the Balt and the hotel, spent the night and morning there; the hotel was adequate for a layover, the beds and towels were clean, the breakfast was generous for the price, and the location was quiet.
