“Perfect location in Southern Pines, near where we needed to go.”
Breakfast was very good. I missed having oatmeal, though I was told they have grits on the weekend, but overall I was satisfied.

The place is beautiful and feels like an apartment complex, so it could be ideal for longer stays. It’s very convenient yet tucked away, the pool was great, it’s dog‑friendly, and it was a perfect stay for my family. I liked everything, but note that the property is spread out like a campus rather than a traditional hotel. The main building hosts reception and breakfast, but you have to walk to a separate building for your room, which was a little confusing when we arrived at night.

It was all truly excellent, just breakfast that was a little bit of a letdown, but fairly typical for this class of hotel. Room, facilities and staff were all great - especially the pool and the location. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Great oyster bar across the road which I also thoroughly recommend. The hot breakfast option was a little tired, but generally what I would expect for this class of hotel (so no better or worse, but I wanted it to be better.). Car park was full one night because someone had parked their trailer and car across 6 slots

The pool and jacuzzi were a plus, and the location was quiet and nice.

I liked how close the hotel was to the places we had to visit, and it was very family friendly, but it would have been better if families were assigned rooms nearer to each other.
