The hotel was fine overall, but one receptionist didn’t help when we asked for a third key to our room, and they only gave us two bottles of water for the three of us. The worst part was that the people in room 606 were smoking heavily with their door open, and the smell seeped into our room, so we couldn’t sleep that night. Smoking is forbidden on the whole floor. The parking situation was also awful.

The property is in a good location for those traveling. I did not like the quilts because they were very light and felt cold, and there was no iron in the room.

Nothing at all related to 5 stars hotel … deeply disappointed and enraged. All from poor communication… I came to enjoy my holiday and not to be a transcripts from English to Turkish . Even the reception staff doesn’t know English only Enes has medium English speaking . Cleaning is much lower than expected Major issue of blocked shower area in all hotel where we can not take our regular shower comfortably 💔😭💔😭also sinks with very weak pressure and water flow ☹️😔 …. The worse hotel I have ever stayed in … since I roam all around world even 3 stars were better and higher standard . how does booking .com put this hotel among 5 stars in their official site that’s totally unfair for the end user and against the loyalty and transparency . As booking. Com is trustful and accredited application for traveler globally. !!!??!!!? Please re review and re rate this hotel . I have requested for official refund as compensation for the severe discomfort during my 6 days stays they denied and ignore my request
