The staff were genuinely welcoming and very attentive. They took the time if you didn’t understand, and the luggage service was a real plus. The smells were sometimes too strong for me, and the first nights were hard because of traffic noise, which depends on your usual lifestyle. The noise from my neighbors was also an issue.

A quite calm spot, although a little away from the hustle‑bustle area – easy to get around with BTS since the hotel is nearby. No elevator, but the staff are helpful with your luggage.

I love the location, just 2 seconds from the BTS station stairs, with a 7‑Eleven and plenty of good restaurants nearby; I'd stay again. The shower was great, though the entire bathroom floor gets soaked, so I ended up tracking water around—nothing major, just the only drawback.
