How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The property sits right on the beach, and while snorkeling we spotted some turtles. However, there was no toilet seat, so you shower over an open toilet. A leaking tap in the bedroom was reported but never fixed. Food is limited to breakfast, and the nearest restaurants are far away, forcing guests to rent a bike—an option that costs twice as much as other resorts.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help right away. However, don't expect Hilton-level service, and the name 'resort' is somewhat misleading, though this is common in the Philippines. The shower is above the toilet, breakfast includes instant coffee and orange juice, which you have to love. The place is very quiet, with no traffic, barking dogs, or tourist crowds. The lively Moalboal and Panagsama are a 12‑minute drive away and offer plenty of options. Overall, it was a decent stay, though somewhat plain. The beds were very uncomfortable—the mattress was thin and the wooden bed frame did not give. After four nights we found it just enough, and if you want a second bed, there’s a chance you’ll find a mattress on the floor. Cleaning and restocking between stays is lacking; you have to ask for anything, they don’t do it automatically.

The location was good. The place was dirty, dirty, dirty, and they don't change the linens even when requested. I don’t understand how Booking can advertise such a property.
